The most important element in creating a landscape image is undoubtedly light. I often spend hours waiting to capture that magic moment that comes along so infrequently. In this image, taken in the Lake District, I was at the end of a workshop and everything came together.
I loved how the soft oranges and browns contrasted so well with the stark white snow on the mountains.
