This image was taken on my 2nd day in Iceland on my Winter 2018 trip. It means so much to me as I had waited in the same location for about 5 hours hoping to get the light. Just as I was about to head off to get some sleep then there was 10mins of a stunning light show. The black sands contrast really well with the magnificent cliffs of the mountains. Iceland is such an impressive place and it feel like a land that time forgot.
